No. All travel expenses, except for hotel, are built into my fee in order to make the entire process easier for both you and I. With an all-inclusive fee, you pay one flat rate, and I’ll take care of the rest. I will book my own flights unless the client requests to do so. Client airline scheduling must be approved by me in advance. If outside of the North American or Central America please ask for details. Hotel room reservation (non-smoking), preferably at the same hotel where the meeting is to be held, are to be secured by you, the client, guaranteed for late arrival, and should be billed directly to your organization.

I allow the Sponsor to audio and/or videotape this presentation but not permission to resell or distribute my performance/speech without prior written permission. If you produce the tape for sale outside of your organization please discuss with me directly when booking me to arrange for you to purchase the license to tape, produce and sell. For any taping be sure to let me know ahead of time. That way I can make adjustments in my presentation that will give you the best results. Yes, unless there is a schedule conflict that would require me to leave after my presentation, I would be happy to include a meet and greet with your audience members at no additional charge. I will need to use a wireless clip-on microphone, a laptop computer or DVD player and associated AV equipment, including a screen large enough for your audience to view his introductory DVD. A podium and a place to set up audio and video materials.
