She has worked as a gymnastics, acrobatics and aerial coach, choreographer and director, training athletes and performers from beginner to elite/professional level.
Christine has taught master classes in Australia, Japan, Italy, Hong Kong, South Africa, Costa Rica, Canada, and the US.
She is co-owner of AIRBORNE ARTS – An aerial retreat center in Costa Rica overlooking a 600-foot waterfall. Airborne Arts offers flying trapeze, aerial artistry, partnering acrobatics classes, retreats and more.
This powerful 4-hour seminar is designed for anyone who wants to challenge their body, inspire their mind and invigorate their spirit. Improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and overall conditioning. You’ll hardly realize that you’re working out you’ll be having so much fun.
What You Can Expect:
What to wear: Fitting athletic wear that you can move easily in and that won’t go over your head when you’re upside down such as fitting shorts, leggings, sports bras, and tank tops. Bare feet. No jewelry.
What to bring: Bring a water bottle and a snack. There is a small break in the day but no “lunch” time allotted for the seminar. Bring a pen and paper or a notebook. Feel free to take pictures and video.
Note: 4-hour seminars are recommended but 3-hour seminars are available.
Price: $135 per person for a 4-hour seminar or $120 per person for a 3-hour seminar.

What to wear: Full leg leggings or footless or stirrup dance tights and a leotard. If you choose to wear leggings and a tee shirt then it helps to wear a waist cincher to protect your midriff. Cover the backs of the knees, the waist and under the arms to minimize the possibility of “fabric burn.” Barefoot. No metal zippers or studs. Avoid putting lotion on your hands and feet prior to doing aerial work. No jewelry
