You don't have to be an acrobat to take class. First timers to acrobatics are welcome.
Some athleticism and moderate fitness level is recommended.

Instruction is by request so please get in touch! I create my instruction based on the needs and desires of the student(s). I teach for children to adults, beginner to professionals:
Duo static silks
Duo static trapeze
Corde lisse/Spanish web
Mixed discipline classes are also available.
Please wear fitting exercise attire such as full leg leggings and a longer fitted tee shirt you are comfortable moving in. Barefoot. For the silks it helps to cover the backs of the knees, the back of the waist, and under the arms, to minimize the possibility of “fabric burn.”
No metal zippers or studs as they damage aerial equipment. Avoid putting lotion on your hands and feet prior to doing aerial work. No jewelry.
Anyone. From beginners to pros. I cater to wherever you are in your practice, offering a stimulating and fun challenge to all.
YES! I welcome you wherever you are on your journey to fitness. You don't have to be able to lift yourself initially. Aerial artistry will give you that strength. I design my classes so that you can progress at your own pace.
If you have injuries or medical conditions that may restrict your ability to train, please let me know.

What Others Are Saying...
Words cannot describe how this retreat has transformed my life. I am invigorated to keep up my aerial training, work on my flexibility and strength conditioning when I get back to NYC. I feel like I have an entire circus family now spread out all across the world. I can’t wait to meet up with these girls for another retreat.

Christine, I want to thank you so much for the workshop. It was fantastic, and not only gave me a better perspective, but renewed enthusiasm about my possibilities as a novice aerial artist. I look forward to being able to take part in another of your workshops.

I am so grateful for your instruction yesterday in Pittsburgh. Your explanation of body position, down to the pinky finger was so clear, building from hand position in relation to the face and the silks, while lying on the ground, assuring that everyone had it before proceeding to the air was so unrushed, yet we accomplished so much! Sincerely,
Jennifer Valentino (Asani's mom)
I really learned a lot from your workshop… about overcoming inhibitions, building a character, and entertaining an audience.

Christine is full of joy, energy and light and it comes through in her teaching. I would recommend anyone who is interested in playing, learning and enjoying the beautiful Costa Rica to go to the next one!! And take me with you!
Christine, an exceptional aerialist and wonderful teacher, provided a supportive and exciting training environment. She is so generous with her skills and knowledge, and attentive to her students' requirements. She nurtured and encouraged us all at our own levels. Never have I felt more comfortable experimenting, including during an improvised performance to the local community at the end - a highlight!
I want to thank you for the amazing partner acrobatics workshop you taught at our studio. The students are still talking about what a great day it was and are still working on integrating what they learned from you. Not only are they excited about their new skills and technique, they have a newfound drive and attitude!
